Captain Robert Miley had the pleasure of fishing with Richard Chizmar on Lake Ida. Richard is a novelist with several books out. While taking a little vacation time, he wanted to explore and catch peacock bass. Captain Miley put him on some quality peacock bass all trip long. It was an awesome day on the water.
The most effective method for catching peacock bass is live bait. Richard caught 15 nice peacock bass weighing up to 3.5 pounds. He also caught several quality largemouth bass. Conditions were overcast for most of the day but that did not stop the bass from biting. They were stacked up in one area that produced a majority of the fish. Peacock bass is moving on and off beds making for a good time to go catch them.
Captain Miley is looking forward to fishing with Richard again in the near future!
It was not long after this fishing trip that Captain Robert Miley was back on the water. Long-time repeat clients, Sandy and his golfing buddy Jay explored Lake Ida as well. This is one of their favorite lakes as it is close to their vacation residence. The afternoon bite was strong and the big bass was out to play.
Windy conditions can make the bite very difficult but you just have to find the areas that are more protected. Sandy and Jay caught over 10 peacock bass on their quick trip out. All the bass caught were between 3-5 pounds.
Most of the peacock bass were spawning making for a fun day on the water. They were all light up and beautiful.
Captain Miley is looking forward to their next adventure on the water soon!
It was not long after this awesome fishing trip that Sandy and Jay were back on the water. Captain Miley yet again put them on some quality fish all trip long. This time, they adventured out on a 6-hour fishing trip and had to be patient. They caught 10 quality peacock bass along with a nice clown knife fish. Inlet Snapper Fishing Charter
August was an amazing month for offshore fishing in Orlando Beach. Taking a quick cruise to the Atlantic Gulf Stream or the local reefs and wrecks produced a steady bite for its visitors. August was also the month that Red Snapper Season opened up for several weekends. Inlet Snapper Fishing Charter was one of the best experiences here in South Florida along the east coast.
Right in Orlando, you will find the entrance to the great Atlantic Ocean. While cruising through the intercoastal waterways to get there, enjoy the sights and wonders of South Florida. As you travel out of Port Everglades Inlet make sure you capture the beautiful views of the beach and scenery.
Our local experts have years of experience cruising these waters and getting out to the local reefs for an abundance of species. Some of our experts have learned a variety of techniques including inshore fishing and offshore fishing. When the weather gets rough, you can always come in and catch some great species on lighter tackle. Orlando deep sea Fishing has been where it is at though when the weather permits.
Captain Wayne Fellows had the pleasure of fishing with Ariel and Tai. They were traveling from California and Japan to do business at a convention. It was a fun morning with the owners of Jackall Lures this summer. The fish were all fired up and ready to be caught. Ponce Inlet and Orlando Beach gives access to some of the best waters to catch Red Snapper and Mango Snapper. Sometimes when you go out you come across other species that can change the plans or direction of your fishing adventure on a Ponce Inlet snapper fishing trip.
Ariel and Tai wanted to catch mango and red snapper. They got the mango snapper all fired up on the local reef and started reeling them in. It was awesome to have a school of great fish below the boat. Sometimes when you fire up a school and you put out bait and get the water chummed up, you happen to acquire some unwanted guests. Tai was looking for a good fight and he sure got one.
As they were reeling in a mango snapper left and right, they wanted to go for something bigger. Chunking out bigger bait and letting it get to the bottom, it was not long until something picked it up. Tai was in for a long 20 minute fight that he actually had to have Aerial assist him with. The tax men were in town and they brought one to the boat. They caught a 7 foot, roughly 200 pound reef shark. It was an awesome fight. You just never know what you will catch on a Orlando Beach Fishing Charter. When you bottom fish like such, you will always encounter sharks whether you are catching them or they steal the struggling fish you just hooked.
After getting taxed as they call it, the bite slowed down. After some time, the red snapper moved in. Ariel and Tai had a lot of fun catching several of them before the bite shut off. It was not long after the bite shut down that we decided to move inshore in order to catch a Snook, but could not find the snook they were after!
Captain Wayne had an awesome time with Ariel and Tai. They are looking forward to getting back on the water next time they visit Florida. You truly can’t beat what this beautiful area of Florida can offer you. Don’t miss out on your adventure in search for the inshore or offshore species of your dreams. Orlando Beach can most certainly accomplish your goals and dreams right here in Florida. We can’t wait to see you on the water next time!

Most of the time, the action is just extremely fun and exciting for all age groups. On this fishing charter, there was non-stop action for 4 hours.
Captain Steve knows where the inshore species are roaming the depths. This family was not fishing to target any species in particular. They really wanted to just get out there and catch fish. Family bonding time is best when reeling in catches and smelling salt air. Get out on a fishing charter in your destination and see what it can offer for you.
Dan, Rose and Tyler had an awesome day on the water. They most certainly accomplished their goal of catching fish. One of the species that is extremely fun to catch in the Lady Fish. It is highly acrobatic like a Tarpon. The family caught lots of sheepshead as well. When they hooked into the hard-fighting Jack Crevalle, it really brought a lot of smiles to the boat. These fish run hard and put up a great fight for those that have never have caught them before. Blue Fish also made it to the boat during their fishing charter.
Dan, Rose and Tyler had a great time on Captain Steve’s boat. They had a lot of fun and will be back for more action in the future. While traveling here often, they are always looking for new and better ways to spend time with each other. Fishing is always unique way to either experience a new place or just hook into something while cruise the waters.

Orlando Snapper Fishing Charter
Have you ever asked yourself, “Can I Catch Snapper in Orlando, Florida?” The answer to that is most certainly you can. Naples is one of the best destinations to catch a variety of different snapper that are absolutely delicious to eat. While adventuring out on a Orlando Snapper Fishing Charter, let the Ponce Inlet take you away into excellent fishing territory!
One of the benefits of fishing in Orlando is that you can truly get to experience an inshore or offshore fishing trip. Many destinations across the state have areas you can offshore fish within 1-5 miles. When you are on a Orlando deep sea fishing charter, you have to travel sometimes up to 26 miles to get to the best fishing grounds.
Captain Mark adventured out on a perfect day for some fishing. Conditions were nice with 5-10 mph winds that kept the day cool and exciting. Eric, Doug, Katie and Dan were even more excited to get to travel offshore on our fishing charter. They were in store for an awesome day!
When Captain Mark arrived at the fishing grounds, the group immediately started catching them. Bottom Fishing is the tactic and method of choice when fishing in Orlando. They were catching Lane Snapper, Mangrove Snappers, and short Groupers. Eric, Doug, Katie and Dan kept roughly half of the fish along with one keeper grouper.
Captain Mark had one heavy rod out for a larger grouper and the line went off while waiting. It was something big but we could not make out what it was. After a 30 minute battle, the fish surface and it was a 7 foot hammerhead shark. You never know what you will catch when adventuring out fishing here in Orlando on a Orlando Snapper Fishing Charter.
After bottom fishing, the group wanted to try some trolling. When trolling here offshore in Orlando, you are in search for Mahi Mahi and big fish like King Mackerel or Kingfish. They were not able to connect with a Kingfish but found caught a Spanish mackerel.
Captain Mark is looking forward to fishing with Eric, Doug, Katie and Dan again in the future. If you are looking for a great way to bond with your family, a Orlando Fishing Charter is the way to go. One of the many luxuries of traveling to Florida is the ability to expose you to the great outdoors. When you are visiting Florida, you can always find a piece of sunshine no matter where your travels lead you. Orlando is a hot spot for travelers and vacationers due to its pristine beaches and beautiful weather almost all year long. If you are looking to soak up the sun on the water, take a fishing charter with our local experts and enjoy some fun in the sun. Saltwater fishing, especially inshore fishing is a great chance to introduce families or friends to fishing here in Florida.
Captain Brian Leibowitz is a local expert on fishing in South Florida from fresh to saltwater. Boris, Cy, and Alex came out to experience what Orlando had to offer them. This was their first time going out fishing and catching a fish. Captain Brian was the perfect guide to make their trip a success.
Cy wanted to get out on the water for his birthday. He was turning 17 and it was time that he landed his first fish. Captain Brian gave them instructions and taught them how to catch fish using spinning equipment. Penn Fishing has some of the best rods on the market when it comes to strength and smoothness.
Orlando provides excellent inshore fishing for an abundance of species. Cy caught his first fish on a steel shad lure. It was a lady fish which are fun to catch as they are highly acrobatic and love to jump. Live shrimp was also the best method in catching ladyfish, sheepshead and pin fish.
Cy, Boris and Alex all caught fish and just wanted to be out on the water. They did not want to target any particular species but reel in some fun with family. Captain Steve really enjoys adventuring out with them.
As the summer rolls on, the bite will continue to get better. You will be able to experience a variety of species as temperatures warm. Florida is home to the BEST inshore fishing that you can experience. From east to west, you can find excellent destinations to search for your targeted species. While you are visiting the amazing beaches and enjoying the sunshine, getting outdoors is a must. Florida Inshore Fishing is one of the best ways to do so. Orlando is on the upper east coast of Florida with exceptional fishing you can experience. You will never go wrong Orlando Fishing for Snook and Tarpon or an abundance of other great Florida Fishing species.
Captain Brett Isackson adventured out with Leon Scott in search for an incredible fishing experience. Leon was traveling from Maryland to specifically come fishing in Orlando, FL. It has always been a place he wanted to explore since it was known for its incredible Inshore Fishing. Early summer months are the perfect time to come crush some of the best inshore species around.
Fishing conditions were ideal for a day on the water. We adventured out into the waters of Orlando near Port Everglades. The inshore waters were calm on this fishing trip. Most of those seas did not truly affect us as we fished the inshore along the beach and rocky shores.
When you think of Florida Fishing, Orlando has it all. It is days like this on the water that truly represent that. Fishing Action was non-stop all trip long. The most effective technique was using live bait. Shrimp will also produce the most productive bite when fishing for snook and tarpon.
When fishing for these hard fighting species, make sure you come equipped with the best equipment. Penn Fishing makes by far the best fishing tackle you will need to land the fish of a lifetime. Rods and Reels whether combos or separate will help get the job done for you. They have an exceptional top of the line gear. You also need the right line and leader so you don’t lose the fight. 40-pound leader was the strength that helped put some of the quality fish we caught in the boat.
Leon landed several quality Snook and Tarpon. These two incredible Florida Inshore Fishing Species will provide ample fighting power that will keep you busy and excited you whole trip. Leon put 10 really nice Snook in the boat. Most were slot and were able to harvest up to the legal limit. Also, Leon was able to catch a nice tarpon near local bridges. All fish that were over slot were caught and released unharmed. Along with these amazing catches from Jack Crevalle and Sheepshead.
One of the best parts about fishing for inshore snook is that they are great eating. As long as you are harvesting the slot limits for each species, you are in the clear. Allow your professional Captain to clean and bag your fish after the trip has been completed. One interesting fact about Port Canaveral is that it is the largest gateway to American seafood consumers between Jacksonville and Key West. At anytime, you can see large shrimp boats unloading their catch!
Leon had a fantastic day Orlando Fishing. Next time visiting from Maryland, he will make sure to explore more of this amazing fishery. Don’t miss this incredible action down here in Sunny Florida. The Space Coast is absolutely stunning with an abundance of outdoor fishing opportunities. Make sure to visit and check out this amazing place.

Corporate Orlando Fishing Trip
Business is one of the many reasons people travel to Orlando, Florida surrounding area. The city of Orlando is a hub for conventions and business travel. Orlando is not far from this hub where you can take clients on a Corporate fishing trip of a lifetime.
We had the pleasure of fishing with an Asian Food Solutions company. They traveled from across the nation to meet at a convention here in Orlando Florida. While they were here, they wanted to get out on the water for a freshwater fishing trip charter.
Fishing is the perfect way to entertain clients and prospective business partners. Our trip consisted of 10 boats with 2 people on each boat. Everyone worked as a team to make for the best possible fishing experience.
Colder weather on this trip concentrated the bass into key locations. They had a great time catching these Florida Largemouth Bass out in the Everglades. We saw some nice bags and great fish caught.
Captain John’s boat and clients caught the biggest fish and string of 5 fish. The string weighed over 15 pounds and the biggest fish weighed 4 pounds. One of the second biggest on Captain John’s boat was over 3 pounds.
One of the greatest moments as a Captain is taking out people that generally would never fish. It was an awesome day on the water for all our Captains involved as everyone caught bass.
We are looking forward to fishing with this amazing group again. If you want to entertain business out on the water while catching Florida Largemouth Bass or many other species in Florida, contact us today for a trip of a lifetime.

Three Day Florida Fishing Mania
When traveling to Florida you must experience the endless opportunities to get in the outdoors. You can spend a Three Day Florida Fishing Mania with family or friends. Orlando Florida offers some of the best fishing you can set your hook into. I never could have imagined the amount of memories that could be created with Captain Wayne.
Captain Wayne had the pleasure of fishing with Laura and her dad Jim. They were traveling from Chicago on vacation with no expectation to what was to come. Laura was surprising her dad on a Florida Fishing adventure of a lifetime over the course of three days.
Orlando Bass Fishing
The first day out was spent Lake Okeechobee Bass Fishing. Lake Okeechobee is looking beautiful this time of year. Fall is the perfect time to soak in the scenery and explore new parts of the lake. You could be highly surprised at what you can experience on a lake this size.
Laura and Jim enjoyed the partly cloudy weather conditions with temperatures in the mid 90s. While waiting on the bite, they sat back and relaxed with a nice breeze in the air. Great weather promotes a great bite this time of year as they put over 20 largemouth bass in the boat. They caught some quality ones too with the biggest weighing 5 pounds 4 ounces.
They both shared the passion for fishing but never got a chance to key in on artificial baits. Wild caught shiners were the most effective technique to catch largemouth bass on Lake Okeechobee. It is also very exciting since you never know when you are going to land that fish you have been dreaming of.
Orlando Deep Sea Fishing
Captain Wayne adventured out to something different on their second day. Orlando Deep Sea Fishing for Mahi Mahi or Dolphin was something that was always fascinating to Laura and Jim. There is nothing like cruising off the shores of the beach and into an unpredictable day out in the ocean.
We had a window of great weather for most of the day with storms expected for the afternoon. The seas were at 2 to 4 foot most of the day which wasn’t a problem for catching fish.
Laura and Jim really wanted to catch this delicious fish that they haven’t gotten the chance to do before. We made it happen with a slow start catching non-keepers. Being patient is the game while you are Florida Fishing and we finally connected with the keeper we were waiting for.
It was not long after that one keeper that they got to experience something they would never forget. Two more hits and fish started a Mania that was highly unexpected. We came across a school of Mahi that rewarded us with 40 Mahi in the boat. It is always good to preserve the fishery so we only kept 14 of them and released the rest.
After an experience like that their arms were very tired and their faces were sore from the amount of laughs and smiles. They had dinner for multiple nights and they called it a day.
Orlando Inshore Fishing
On their final day with Captain Wayne was something they wanted to check off their bucket list for a long time. Snook has always been the species that they have wanted to catch. Orlando is the perfect location to catch a variety of the species, especially your first Snook or Tarpon.
It was looking like a great day again with beautiful weather for another amazing fishing trip. The mostly sunny conditions promoted excellent fishing. A mix of 25 Snook and Tarpon were caught along with a few Snappers. They were excited to catch the quality Snook they did.
One of the many things people love about Snook fishing is the fight they put up. You could never imagine the strength they have when they are on the end of your line. Laura and Jim thoroughly enjoyed catching their first Bull Redfish.
It was truly an honor and my pleasure to provide Jim a gift from Laura that they will never forget. I am looking forward to the next time they return to catch more of these incredible species here in Florida.
If you are looking for a memorable fishing adventure that will provide you stories for a lifetime, do not look further than the great state of Florida. We can provide all that you need to enjoy a great day out on the water with the ones that are important to you.
I know next time I am visiting Florida and Orlando, I will be chasing all the species I can from salt to freshwater!
